Squash and pumpkins generally ripen in late September or early October.

We have interesting and weird pumpkins for a fall display, classic jack-o-lanterns for carving, and a variety of squash to make pumpkin pie. You can find recipe inspiration (including Madeline's famous New Classic Pumpkin Pie) here.
